DMCA Policy

Effective Date: October 15, 2025

At ClinicianCEO (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users, students, and community members to do the same. We take copyright protection seriously—especially with respect to our educational content, templates, videos, and other materials made available through our websites and programs.

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), this policy explains how to submit notices of alleged infringement and counter-notifications. We respond promptly to properly formatted notices and remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material where appropriate. We may terminate access for repeat infringers.

1) Submitting a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our site or services without authorization, please send a written notice containing all of the following:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL(s) or specific location(s) of the material you believe is infringing on our site or services.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Important: Submitting a materially false claim may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys’ fees. Consider consulting an attorney before filing a notice.

2) Counter-Notification

If your content was removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification that includes:

  • Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or to which access was disabled, and the location where the material appeared before removal.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your address, or if outside the U.S., to the Federal District Court for Harris County, Texas, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original DMCA notice or their agent.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original claimant informs us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain the alleged infringement.

3) Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts or access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers or who repeatedly violate this policy.

4) Educational Use & Fair Use

We support legitimate fair-use in education and commentary. However, unauthorized reproduction, resale, public sharing, or distribution of our proprietary course materials, templates, or videos outside permitted use is prohibited and may constitute infringement.

5) Updates

We may update this DMCA Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
